Rumor has it that Linkin Park could be planned as a halftime highlight.

Since their comeback in 2024 with Emily Armstrong as Chester Bennington’s successor, Linkin Park have been very busy. They released the record FROM ZERO in November and went on tour. Now another point may have been added to their plans for 2025: According to rumors, the nu-metal group will perform at the Champions League final.

Has the contract already been signed?

When the UEFA Champions League final is played at the Allianz Arena in Munich on May 31, 2025, there could be a musical show by Linkin Park during half-time. At least that’s what “Sun” reports. The British newspaper even says that the band has already signed the contract for the performance.

An official confirmation from Linkin Park and UEFA is still missing. However, a performance at this level would not be unusual, after all, acts such as Lenny Kravitz, Imagine Dragons and Dua Lipa have already performed at this venue in previous years.

Tour of Germany in June

In terms of time, a Champions League stopover would also have to work. Shortly afterwards – from mid-June – some German gigs for the US group are planned anyway. So on June 16th in Hanover, on June 18th in Berlin, on July 1st in Düsseldorf and finally on July 8th and 9th in Frankfurt.
