The 24-year-old singer Emmy Ackermans from Maastricht has won the first edition of the Regional Song Contest. Her song ‘t Letste rundje won the hearts of the audience.
Emma Koning, the North Holland entry, came tenth. In a first reaction she says that she is not too disappointed. “Of course you want to be first, of course you want to win. But it was such a great experience, and I really enjoyed it,” she says.
