Via a piquant Twitter thread, bullrich replied to Carrió’s statements: “As president of the PRO I cannot look favorably on the degrading spectacle of Elisa Carrió, when she hit leaders of Together for Change objecting to their ethical conduct“, wrote. “I will not accept the insult to our leaders, nor to others who make up our coalition. It’s not worth everything. It’s not worth that ‘because it’s Carrió no one confronts her,’” added the former Security Minister in a long-standing versus.
In March of this year, Carrió and Bullrich faced each other after Together voted the agreement with the IMF, something for which the president had advocated, and the president of the PRO was against and publicly questioned, for having extended a hand to the rival. In a talk at the Hannah Arendt Institute, and before a group of journalists, Carrió then did not spare his shots against the Pro hawks, a sector headed by Patricia Bullrich, whom he accused of bogging down and boycotting the negotiations.

And he had spread a series of criticisms of Mauricio Macri, the president of the PRO, Patricia Bullrich, and again the former Minister of the Interior, Roger Frigerio.

And that’s how it’s going to be”, Carrió had defined then. “Rogelio Frigerio delivered us in the election supporting the PJ candidates and not ours”, he had added. And finally pointing to Patricia Bullrich: “I do not share with her the use he makes of the marches”.
The fight between Carrió and Bullrich is undoubtedly historic: from the time when the former Minister of Security she was an ally of the president of the Civic Coalition, and a fight ended badly and screaming. And although they converged in Cambiemos time later, They never mended their bond. But his second lines were able to articulate well in the City: Juan Pablo Arenaza as a Buenos Aires legislator had a good link with the “Lilita” bloc.
