Lil Nas X Suspends Show Over Thrown Sex Toy (Video)

The US musician was officially irritated and asked the crowd: “What’s the matter with you?”

Lil Nas X suspended a live show in Sweden on Saturday (July 1) after a fan threw a sex toy onto the stage. The 24-year-old was performing on the final day of the Lollapalooza Festival when the incident occurred. After interrupting his gig to pick up the item, the US star asked the crowd, “Who threw their ‘pussy’ on stage?”

He added: “What’s the matter with you?” After it could not be finally clarified who had catapulted the sex toy onto the stage and for what purpose, the rapper and singer continued with his program. The musician has since changed his Twitter handle to “Pussy” and retweeted a clip of the moment.

Violent: Artists are often thrown at objects on stage

Incidents in which concertgoers throw objects onto the stage during performances happen more frequently – but do not always make people happy. For example, on June 18, 2023, pop singer Bebe Rexha suffered a laceration after a fan threw his cellphone at her head, and just two days later (June 20), pop singer Ava Max was attacked by a concert-goer in the middle of the stage slapped.

Now there’s another incident that has gone viral in a very short time: US pop star Pink appeared at the BST Hyde Park Festival on Sunday (June 25) and was just performing the 2001 hit ‘Just Like A Pill’, when a fan threw a small clear bag onto the stage. A video shows the 43-year-old singer taking a quick look at the bag, then glancing at the audience in irritation and asking the person, “Wait, is that your mom?” After a brief pause, the person apparently confirms this , says Pink: “I don’t know how I feel about it”.
