‘Lil Kleine back in cell? Case not serious enough!’

Bram Moszkowicz thinks there is no chance that the Public Prosecution Service has appealed against the release of Lil Kleine. According to him, the abuse of Jaimie Vaes is not bad enough for that.

Lil Kleine was released on Wednesday, after the examining magistrate ruled that he may await the investigation into the abuse of his girlfriend Jaimie Vaes in freedom. Ridiculous, says the Public Prosecution Service. He has via Twitter announced that they would appeal against this decision in the hope of getting the rapper back in jail.

For the stage

Bram Moszkowicz is pretty pissed about that. His girlfriend Nienke Hoogervorst, Lil Kleine’s lawyer, had to read that via Twitter. “Isn’t that also a bit for the stage?” said Bram’s good colleague Guido den Aantrekker in Show news† Bram then: “Yes, I hear you say it, Guido.”

Isn’t it logical that the Public Prosecution Service informs the general public about matters that are nationally in the news? “I understand what you’re saying, but I think you should still observe certain standards of decency,” says Bram. Ah, decency. Jaimie Vaes would also have liked to see that on Saturday evening when she was pulled from the car on the Prinsengracht.

Not bad enough

Bram is strongly against re-locking Lil Kleine. The abuse of his girlfriend – he pulled her out of the car by her hair and crushed her head between the car and the car door – is not bad enough for that, says Bram. “I don’t give them much chance. That’s not because I know the entire file, but I do know what we’re talking about.”

Bram then downplays the matter. “I’m not downplaying it, but of course it’s not an attempted manslaughter or anything. I’ll hear something now. It’s serious what happened – let’s be clear, we agree on that – but I’ll find another second to appeal that.”

No contact

There is no danger that he will harm Jaimie at the moment, Bram wants to say. “Especially because conditions have been set for the suspect to get him released. I think I know that he is not allowed to contact the victim, for example.”

The Public Prosecution Service is simply working on a PR circus, Bram grumbles. “I also think that they think: we have nothing to lose, let’s try, because that is also good for public opinion. Van: look, there was a lot of dust when the man was released, so let’s try to get him back in jail as the OM.”

circumcised

Fortunately, Bram was not sore during the entire broadcast. At the end of the program he was in a tear when Guido asked him if he was circumcised. Nice level everyone. Or, as they call it at VI Today: “It’s sad to see what happened to Bram.”

Finally: what does Yvonne Coldeweijer think of the latest statements in Shownieuws? “According to these self-righteous figures, the Public Prosecution Service only wants to keep Lil Kleine longer ‘in front of the stage’. “Nice for the celebrities to know that whatever you have committed criminal offenses, these two (Bram and Guido, ed.) want to lick your arie at all times.”
