Like other Flemish cities, Ypres is also showing off light effects in the city this winter. This weekend the video mapping or projection can be seen for the first time. The initiative is called Snapcat and tells how cats survived the Middle Ages. The images should also make visitors excited for the 46th Cat Parade, which will cause crowds in the city on Sunday, May 12. Snapcat also plays every evening during the spring holidays.
