Once upon a time there was a girl from Brussels who just wanted to dance and sing. She met a boy from Antwerp who just wanted to dance and play. Together they became more than the sum of two parts: they became Nicole & Hugo. Nicole Van Palm died Thursday evening after an accidental fall. She lived to be 76, but always stayed true to that little girl on stage. Although her career could have looked completely different.
