The pressure that is on Lieke Martens’ shoulders with regard to her own sporting future cannot be seen on this Thursday afternoon in Zeist. Together with ex-hockey player Fatima Moreira de Melo and her dog Lila, Martens, under the watchful eye of a camera crew, walks across the field on which the Orange Women’s training has just come to an end.
