Liam Gallagher has released a new single. With the video for “Too Good For Giving Up” from his last album “C’mon You Know”, the ex-Oasis singer wants to draw attention to the topic of male suicide. To do this, he works with the prevention organization Talk Club.

“We all know suicidal people, sadly there seems to be a peak,” Gallagher said. “I lost a lot of people way too soon and it’s important to talk.” All profits from the new single in the UK will be donated to Talk Club over the next six months. Gallagher is also scheduled to take over the organization’s Twitter account on Thursday, October 13 to speak on mental health issues.

“Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50,” said Ben Akers and Gavin Thorpes, founders of Talk Club. “And Liam is a hero to many in this generation. So collaborating with him on something that gets Talk Club noticed and gets men talking and improving their mental health will save lives.”

Gallagher’s third solo album “C’mon You Know” was released in May 2022. “Too Good For Giving Up” is the fifth single, before that “Everything’s Electric” and the title track were released. The organization Talk Club was founded in 2014 with the aim of improving mental health among men. Earlier, a childhood friend of founder Ben Akers committed suicide.
