Liam Gallagher and John Squire present their first collaboration album “Liam Gallagher John Squire” as part of a tour. For this reason, they are coming to Berlin on their European trip, where fans will not only hear the singles “Just Another Rainbow” and “Mars To Liverpool”, but also the entire record, which will be released in March 2024. It is not known whether the ex-Oasis singer and the Stone Roses guitarist also play songs from their older bands, but it is to be hoped. What is certain is that Gallagher and Squire have a great support act: Jake Bugg.

Liam Gallagher and John Squire in Berlin: tickets, dates, advance sales
Coinciding with the release of their new single “Mars To Liverpool”, Liam Gallagher and John Squire have announced their joint album. True to the motto “All good things come in threes”, they are also announcing a joint tour at the same time. The record named after the musicians will be released on March 1st. Almost two weeks later they can be seen live for the first time in Glasgow, and in April the two of them will also stop by Berlin.
The exOasis-Frontman and the former Stone Roses guitarist announced their collaboration a long time ago. At the beginning of the year their first single “Just Another Rainbow” was released, which went straight to number 16 in the British charts. “Mars To Liverpool” is now the second release from their first record. While interviews are already talking about a second album, they are initially releasing “Liam Gallagher John Squire” on March 1st.
“It’s spiritual, it’s crucial.”
The two seem very satisfied with the outcome of their work. Gallagher said in a statement: “I can’t wait for people to hear the album. I think people who are into the Stone Roses and Oasis and stuff like that are going to fucking love it. It’s spiritual, it’s crucial.”
Squire also admits to being fond of their collaboration: “I like the way that some parts of it are quite melancholic and make you cry, but there are other parts that are kind of disrespectful, rude or crude. There’s a little bit of everything, I think it’s a really good mix. I had an idea that we would sound good together, but I wasn’t prepared for it to be such a good fit.”
With the announcement of their record, the Brit-pop singer and his colleague also revealed its cover. The previous artwork for their two singles can be recognized on it. The spray can from “Just Another Rainbow” and the chocolate bar wrapper from “Mars To Liverpool” join a colorful mix of other miscellaneous household items.
