Less than 30 percent of the Flemish municipalities surveyed have an adequate emergency plan in the event of a cyber attack. This is the conclusion of a survey by Audit Vlaanderen among 144 local authorities on the management of ICT risks. The report concludes that local authorities are only aware of part of the dangers.
