A day at the beach is wonderful, especially with these temperatures. But did you know that the sea air is really healthy for you? Even up to about 30 kilometers from the coast, the bacteria from the sea have a positive influence on our body. Maarten De Rijcke, researcher at the Flanders Marine Institute, explains how our body and mental health benefit from the sea.
