Lemon mud cake

150 g of butter or margarine

2 organic lemons

2 dl sugar

1.5 dl wheat flour

2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar

2 eggs

Powdered sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease the pie pan.

2. Melt the butter.

3. Wash the lemons and grate their peel into a fine grater. Add the grated lemon peel to the melted butter and squeeze the juice from the lemons.

4. Add sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and eggs and mix the ingredients together.

5. Pour the dough into the pie pan and bake on the middle level of the oven for about 20 minutes.

6. After baking, decorate with powdered sugar.
