Surveillance images of a man who struck in Almelo last week have put the affected shopkeeper on the trail of what he believes is a known repeat offender, who strikes throughout the Netherlands. The Lego thief travels by public transport, knows exactly which expensive boxes he needs, and has already stolen many thousands of euros.
