Polish team Lech Poznan and Italian representative Fiorentina faced off in the first leg of the UEFA Conference League quarter-finals.
The visiting team gained a great advantage for the semi-finals before the return match by defeating their opponent 4-1. The goals that brought the victory to the Italian team were scored by Cabral in the 4th minute, Gonzalez in the 41st minute, Bonaventura in the 58th minute and Ikone in the 63rd minute. The home team’s goal with Velde in the 20th minute could not prevent the defeat.
The return match between the two teams will be played on Thursday, April 20th at 19:45 CEST at Stadio Artemio Franchi.
