The new digital possibilities in society also have an impact on the world of work. Dealing quickly with the changed work processes and tasks challenges many people. However, these skilled workers can only be available to the economy if the employees receive training and further training with the help of qualified learning companions. This must be done using contemporary learning materials and teaching methods that also meet today’s requirements in the world of work.
The basic “Digital Trainer” qualification Institute for Interactive Systems (ISy) from 2020 has now been further developed by the TH Lübeck with the advanced course “Digital Trainer II”. Based on the experience with the basic qualification, the TH Lübeck has created new content dimensions in an innovative didactic scenario. The various learning objects were implemented in concrete use cases for learning companions. Each application case represents special didactic and technical issues that must be taken into account for a successful learning offer.
In the online offer “Digital Trainer II – Crossing the Edge”, participants slip into the roles of three protagonists on board the “Infinite Mindlord” with a lot of creativity, fun and sensitivity. On the AI-controlled space glider on the way back to Earth, they not only master turbulent meteorite fields, but also face relevant challenges. It’s about openness and the good feeling of growing beyond yourself. It’s about teaching and learning from each other. And last but not least, it’s about having fun with new things and learning success: getting better, finding solutions, taking advantage of opportunities.
The new course offers participants a learning scope of 60 hours. You can access the learning content as a free online course and as an e-book.
