The Bruges criminal court ruled this morning in the case of a large human smuggling organization. The Kurdish gang worked from Germany and smuggled transmigrants from France to the United Kingdom on rickety boats. The key figure has now been sentenced to eleven years in prison and an 80,000 euro fine.
