Lawyer Bénédicte Ficq has filed a complaint against chemical company Chemours from Dordrecht on behalf of about 3000 people. The purpose of the mass declaration is to prosecute all Chemours and predecessor DuPont executives for discharging harmful PFAS substances and endangering people’s health.
