Lawsuit against Tommy Lee – he is accused of sexual assault

The drummer is said to have sexually harassed a woman during a helicopter flight in 2003.

Serious allegations against Tommy Lee. On Friday (December 15), a lawsuit was filed in a court in Los Angeles, California, in which a woman, who has been made anonymous to the public, accuses the Mötley Crüe drummer of sexually harassing her during a helicopter flight in 2003 .

As the US “Rolling Stone” reports, the woman described in the lawsuit as Jane Doe is said to have previously befriended the pilot David Martz, who eventually invited her on the flight. The plaintiff accepted the offer without knowing that Lee would also be on board.

She couldn’t escape from the helicopter

Martz – who it is unclear whether he was piloting the helicopter or was there as a guest – started mixing alcohol shortly after it took off and consuming it with the drummer. They are also said to have snorted cocaine and smoked marijuana. They also asked the plaintiff if she wanted something to drink and when she said no, they told her to “relax”. Eventually she felt pressured because they wanted her to sit on Tommy Lee’s lap “to get a better view.”

The allegations continue as follows: “At one point, Lee penetrated the plaintiff with his fingers and also fondled her breasts. Lee then pulled down his pants and attempted to move plaintiff’s head toward his genitals. At this point the plaintiff was in tears, but she had nowhere to go – she was trapped […].”

Lee is accused of “she [die Klägerin] forcibly groped, kissed and penetrated her with his fingers and attempted to force her to perform oral copulation.”

No comment from Tommy Lee about the lawsuit

Mayhem Touring, Tommy Lee Inc., A Natural High Helicopters and Social Helicopters are also named as defendants. The plaintiff is now demanding damages for “sexual assault, gender-based violence, intentional infliction of emotional suffering and negligence.” The drummer himself has not yet commented on the allegations.

What else is known about Lee and Martz

In 1998, Lee was sentenced to six months in the Los Angeles County Jail after he allegedly kicked his then-wife Pamela Anderson while she was holding the couple’s two-year-old son. He did not deny the assault charge.

The pilot David Martz, who according to US “Rolling Stone” is said to have lost his pilot’s license three times during his career – most recently in 2009 because he had oral sex during a helicopter flight – died in 2015 when the plane he was piloting crashed in the US -State of California crashed in Santa Barbara County. At the time of his death, he was not licensed to fly and was under investigation for falsifying Federal Aviation Administration records in connection with two drunken driving convictions.
