Moscow considers unacceptable the deployment of the military infrastructure of NATO, the United States or the Afghans working for them in neighboring countries, primarily in the states of Central Asia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, speaking at a meeting of Afghanistan’s neighbors in China, according to the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
