An entrepreneur who competed in the Survivors Finland program Lauri Salovaara tells on his Instagram account about his gym project. Salovaara published a picture of the change that took place in four months.

– In February 2022, I started a gym project in my new home gym at FIT in Eden, Oulu, Salovaara writes.

In connection with the picture, he also opens his training routines. In the spring, Salovaara started training with a personal trainer. According to Salovaara, energy levels are rising and the gym is a new normal in daily routines.

– The training program was 4-5 times in the gym per week, etc. The side activities were on. In spite of the corona that struck on top of the occasion and the slipping of the meals, he writes quite well, he writes.

Salovaara has said she has had rheumatism for more than 20 years. He was diagnosed in 2000 when he was only 22 years old. At that time, the doctor suspected that Salovaara would never run again.

Last year, Salovaara participated in the Survivors.

– Such a 43-year-old rheumatic man, there in the middle of the world champions relatively equal, so I’m happy. In my twenties, the doctor told me I would never run again. But so I was just here and I showed that we can do just about anything in the head, as soon as it is decided, Salovaara told Iltalehti in the autumn of 2021.

Salovaara now says that she is satisfied with her decision.

– I’m really happy I started. That is always the most difficult thing to do. All you have to do is agree and agree with yourself that you can smell the feeling, Salovaara writes in her Instagram account.
