Oğuzhan Özyakup has signed with Dutch League team Fortuna Sittard. The 29-year-old football player, who was released after the end of his contract in Beşiktaş, signed a 1.5-year contract with Fortuna Sittard.
In the video sharing made by the Netherlands team, the transfer of Oğuzhan Özyakup was announced.

Oğuzhan Özyakup met again with Burak Yılmaz, with whom he played in Beşiktaş. Both players will fight for the success of Fortuna Sittard.
Oğuzhan Özyakup, who played for Beşiktaş for many years and was also the captain, played in 310 matches with a black and white jersey and performed 35 goals and 62 assists.
Oğuzhan Özyakup, who transferred to Beşiktaş from Arsenal U21 team in 2012, returned to the team after being loaned to Feyenoord in 2020.
Oğuzhan Özyakup, whose contract with Beşiktaş expired on July 1, 2022, went to Fortuna Sittard.
