Development Manager of the Oulu Flyers Lasse Kukkonen leave their job in the organization, club report.
Kukkonen has worked as a part-time employee in the Oulu club for about a couple of years as a development manager.
– A few years back when I started with development at the organizational level, I was full of thoughts and enthusiasm as I was thinking about the future. Some of the development work was well off – some were still at the level of thought. Now, however, as a result of a long reflection, I have decided to leave the club’s activities, Kukkonen says in the release.
Kukkonen represented Kärppi in his career a couple of times for a total of 13 seasons. Known as the leading team leader, the long -time fly captain won four Finnish championships in the shirt in Oulu.
– I learned a lot during these years, and I wish Kärp all the best!
Kukkonen has now worked as an entrepreneur at Kukkolasse Oy for about four years. Kukkonen focuses on team management and well -being at work, mental coaching and various speeches.
