An unknown hacker managed to gain access to the website redlights.be/quartier-rouge.be, a platform where adults can make appointments with sex workers. The personal data of no fewer than 415,000 advertisers and website visitors was captured. The data breach was quickly closed and additional security measures were implemented. But a threat remains: the hacker is considering trading the stolen information on the dark web.
