The fire broke out around 5 a.m. at a truck. Because several trucks were next to each other, the fire quickly grabbed it. A total of eight trucks caught fire.
Several bangs were heard during the fire. The safety region says this is due to tires that had exploded. There were no injuries. Also, no harmful chemicals have been released.
Just before 7 a.m., NL-Alert was withdrawn and the residents of the evacuated homes were able to go home again.
