Agents did not know what they saw on Tuesday morning when a car drove over the Julianasingel in Oss. There was a large crack in the windshield of the car.
It was obviously impossible for the man behind the wheel to have a good view of the road. Police officers saw him stick his head out of the car to see the road ahead.
The driver, a 30-year-old man from Oss, has been fined for his dangerous way of driving. His car is also not allowed on the road until it has been inspected.
