After more than two and a half years of study, Lamborghini introduces the Launcher, the first ultra gt From the market. This concept car combines the best of the supercar Scrambled and the SUV Uruswith a raised GT body and an engine 100% electric.
The design of the Launcher is inspired by iconic Lamborghini models such as the sixth elementhe Bat and the Countach LPI 800-4, but with a totally innovative concept. Has a total height of only 1.5 meters thanks to the raked cabin and the sharp lines of the aerodynamic bodywork, but it has a remarkable ground clearance, with huge 23-inch wheels. It’s like a supercar elevated, to be able to enjoy a great versatility: sports performance on the road, but at the same time being able to venture beyond the asphalt. And enjoying at the same time a spacious and versatile cabin with a 2+2 seat configuration. Under the short, sloping front hood hides a trunk. At the rear there is also a variable trunk, thanks to the adjustable rear seats.
The front seats are reminiscent of the command posts of a spaceship. Both driver and passenger sit low, jet-like, separated by a center console that flows into the dashboard. Located on the center console and ergonomically located within the driver’s reach, there is a command station to control the infotainment system, the air conditioning and the new digital functions. Passengers receive information through automatically retractable screens. by checking Lamborghini ‘Anima’the driver switches between different driving modes, including Efficiency and Performance programsfor the best possible driving dynamics.
1,400 CV of electric power
when i arrive in 2028he Pitcher will offer a power of about 1,400 hp and smart all wheel drivewith a high-power electric motor located on each axis. The all-wheel drive also offers the e-torque active differential function on the rear axle for particularly dynamic cornering behavior. The energy is provided by a high performance battery of new generation, which also guarantees a great autonomy.
The Launcher will integrate technologies that will be used in future electric Lamborghinis. It is the case of the new Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI) driving dynamics control system. With many more sensors and actuators, it will allow to offer an even more precise behavior.
The Launcher also offers a breakthrough in active aerodynamicsto. This technology will play an even bigger role in all-electric vehicles, as it can increase battery range while improving performance. On the Launcher you can variably adjust the downforce to achieve a faster cornering speed or less air resistance at maximum speed, obtaining the best performance in each situation. For his part, he active chassis The Launcher includes a steered rear axle and an air suspension system, thus adapting optimally to every road situation. Finally, the wheel speed control system It precisely regulates power and force to each wheel for even more precise cornering and fast, direct driving on particularly twisty roads and under heavy acceleration.
