The Barça Infantil B winger has been one of the most outstanding players in the final phase of LaLiga Promises
Assisted Ignasi on goal in the quarterfinal against Valencia and scored the winning goal in the semifinal against Betis
Guiu Xucla (Santa Coloma de Gramanet, January 17, 2010) has been one of the names of the XXVI Christmas edition of LaLiga Promises International held in Gran Canaria. Attended to Ignasi Bassas in the quarterfinal goal against Valencia and scored the winning goal in the semifinal against Betis. A great goal, by the way.
The Barça Infantil B defender joined the club at the age of six. He started at the ‘Grama’ school, where he played alongside his teammate, the goalkeeper Aitor Cazorla. As at that time there was no first-year Prebenjamín category at La Masia, Barça signed him to start a year later. During that course, he alternated training sessions and matches between ‘Grama’ and Barça Escola.
Passion from the cradle
His passion for sports and especially for soccer comes practically from the cradle. His parents are graduated from INEF -his mother is a personal trainer- and he has a little brother who also plays soccer.
Those who know him say that he is “a very good teammate, surely the most beloved player in the dressing room”. In the countryside, wow He stands out for his rides, his ability to overflow with power, his driving inside and out and because he is a difficult player to beat.
Talent is trained, having a good personality is more difficult and you work. And this second, in the end, is the most important.
