The result is a crocodile that’s unceremoniously transformed into a superhero for the festive season and was premiered at the Fall/Winter 2021 show as a tribute to the brand’s iconic archive pieces.
Lacoste is celebrating the launch of this exciting collection with a special kind of trade marketing activation: A total of ten shop windows and the blow-up banner of the iconic Berlin KaDeWe were festively staged by the French brand. In the store itself, visitors were surprised by a premium pop-up where fans of the brand could have their favorite Lacoste pieces personalized.
But anyone who knows the crocodile knows exactly: that’s not all! Last Saturday evening, Lacoste offered customers and passers-by a very special performance: the facade of KaDeWe was illuminated with an impressive and playful light show for several hours. The cartoon staging of the crocodile, which is characteristic of the Holiday Collection, cavorted on the house wall, expanded the visual concept of the shop window design and attracted everyone’s attention.
