Lace-edged braids – this is how you can do it!

Summer is the best time to indulge in letu.

Summer is the best time to set up lettu tests, which of course include lettu with crispy edges and different fillings.

You should feel free to test the suitable temperature for frying the buns on your own stove, usually medium heat is best. The temperature is suitable when the strands get a beautiful, golden brown color.

If the pan is too hot, the edges will burn easily, and if the temperature is too low, lace edges will not form. So mineral water is by no means necessary for the creation of lace edges, but their secret is in the butter and the right baking temperature.

The dough must also be thin enough. So add a small splash of milk to the flat dough if the dough seems too thick and the lace edge does not form.
