Labadoux attracts thousands of festival goers to Ingelmunster

Thousands of people will come to Labadoux again this weekend under a radiant sun. The festival has implemented a number of innovations this year, what is most striking is that the festival mainly focuses on inclusivity and connecting people. About 400 employees give Labadoux the image it deserves.

Three-day

The festival takes place from 5 to 7 May. Labadoux manages to put together a strong line-up again with international stars such as Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel and Heather Nova. Belgian artists also shine at Labadoux. Last night Flip Kowlier performed and tonight it’s the turn of Hooverphonic, among others.

35 editions

It is the 35th edition of the festival. The name originated from the former linen factory nearby. Labadou = lavier; lieu destine à laver du linge. So a place to wash linen. The festival once started as a folk festival, but 35 editions later, Labadoux has grown into a festival for all ages, where different genres meet.
