It was only recently announced that the new La Rigue restaurant will be closed on Mondays and now the restaurant must also close on Tuesdays due to a lack of staff.

The restaurant in the hotel resort of entrepreneurs Marc Coucke and Bart Versluys in Knokke-Heist is groaning under the staffing problems. Goossens already called it a “mega problem” a month ago. The management did not find enough people for both the hall and the kitchen. But especially not enough people with a top profile who can bring the quality that Goossens strives for.
