The Argentine and American brands are collaborating as official kit suppliers for the historic teams
La Martina has teamed up with renowned American brand Rowing Blazers to create a special collection in partnership with the Oxford and Cambridge Universities polo clubs.
It celebrates the two legendary teams, the two brands and the sport of polo. The two brands act together as the official outfitter of the two university clubs.
The collection consists of fleece troyers, rugby jerseys, sweatshirts, cotton tees, twill hats and of course polos – including both team replica kits and polos inspired by other historic jerseys.
The collection was launched at the annual Varsity Polo Match on Saturday 4th June at the Guards Polo Club’s historic Queen’s Ground in Windsor, England, in front of the Royal Box. The annual event, first held in 1878, is the second oldest ongoing polo game in the world and continues to attract thousands of spectators. This year’s game was won by Oxford, who lead the series 66-57.
