L1mburg Central: Stop on Maaswater takes an exceptionally long time

For more than a month, drinking water company WML has stopped drawing drinking water from the Meuse; that is exceptionally long. The cause is an unknown substance first found in May, which has still not been identified. Some 160,000 households in Central and North Limburg are now forced to get groundwater from the tap. Peter Van Diepenbeek, hydrologist at WML, is a guest in the broadcast.
