Kymiring has been sold – A surprising buyer

A buyer was found for Kymiring from abroad.

Kouvola Sanomat reported that Kymiring, which had drifted into bankruptcy, has been sold. The information is confirmed to the magazine by the CEO of the new company Colonel Öry.

In the background is Finland Motorsport Circuit Holding o.y. Hungarian Öry has been designated as the managing director of the management company. The chairman of the board is also Hungarian Tamas Öry.

Board members also include a Hungarian Sandor Rabb and from Kouvola Mika Wilska.

Finland Motorsport Circuit Holding oy was registered in the trade register on September 21.

Iltalehti has seen the company’s founding agreement. During the founding phase, all shares were subscribed to a Hungarian company, TRP Hungary Korlatolt Felelössegü Tarsasag.

Nothing was paid for the shares.

TRP Hungary is a company working in motor sports. Its website says that the name comes from Truck Race Promotion. Founded in 2015, the company wanted to develop truck racing events in Hungary.

CEO Öry did not want to comment on the contents of the deal or anything else about the company’s operations to Kouvola Sanomat.

According to the newspaper, Öry has a significant rally background. He told Kouvola Sanomat that he is a member of the FIA ​​rally commission.

Kymiring oy filed for bankruptcy last spring.

However, Iiti’s motor racing track was not intended to be potholed.
