Reinforcement in the relegation battle
Karlsruher SC became active again shortly before the end of the transfer window. In the afternoon, the relegation-threatened second division presented the signing of Budu Zivzivadze. The Georgian centre-forward arrives from Hungary’s MOL Fehérvár FC and has been given a contract until June 30, 2025.
“We already had the player on our radar last summer, but couldn’t realize it at the time. Budu is a player with international experience and a great addition to our offense. He’s versatile and versatile in attack,” said KSC Managing Director Oliver Kreuzer about the new signing. Zivzivadze has made 17 appearances this season, scoring seven goals and providing two assists. The 28-year-old has not been in the squad since mid-October. With a market value of 800,000 euros, he is now the most valuable attacker at KSC, which is ranked 15th in the 2nd Bundesliga.
