Two Ukrainian attack helicopters are said to have set fire to a fuel depot in the Russian city of Belgorod. At least, that’s what the regional governor claims there. Internationally, there is much doubt about the veracity of that claim and it is feared that Russia itself has something to do with it. Do the Russians want to manipulate the peace negotiations and buy time on the ground?
