Kraanman gas explosion Ostend: “all necessary precautions taken”
The man, in his forties with years of experience, is completely in shock, says his lawyer. When his colleague smelled gas, he immediately initiated the emergency procedure. He turned off the machine and called 911. He was already outside the set perimeter when the explosion happened.
