Negotiations of political advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Format states in Berlin ended in vain.
The meeting showed that three of the four participants in the “Normandy format” were not ready to implement the agreements adopted in Minsk. This was stated by the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Dmitry Kozakcommenting on the results of long nine-hour negotiations.
According to him, Ukraine sabotages Minsk agreements and openly manipulates France and Germany, and they indulge her. Succumbing to Ukrainian manipulations, Berlin and Paris end up “in an absolutely stupid position,” the TV channel quoted Kozak as saying “Russia 24”.
