Kozak on the idea of giving weapons to the DPR: there is not a word in the Minsk agreements about who to help
Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia, who participated today in the negotiations of the political advisers of the Normandy Four, said that he did not know about the United Russia’s proposal to support the LPR and DPR with weapons, RBC correspondent reports.
“This was said today when we were sitting at the negotiating table. I heard this only after the end, so I can’t comment on anything, ”he said, commenting on the results of the meeting. “I don’t know what guided Mr. Turchak, he didn’t consult with us,” Kozak added.
Nevertheless, he noted that in the Minsk agreements there is “no word, no prescription about who can be supported, who cannot be supported.”
“Neither for Russia, nor for Ukraine,” he stressed.
