A Konekti connector works with the family to find solutions, but increasingly encounters children and young people in acute need. Sophie Deceuninck, Konekti connector: “We notice that we are experiencing more and more disturbing situations. Families of which we say: “Wow, something is really going on here.” Here we have to take hold of a number of things, name them, and not let them go, so that there is movement around those disturbing things, so that appropriate help is provided.”
Konekti has 75 partners in emergency care and works within W13, which is a partnership of municipalities in the south of West Flanders.
