In total, he allowed fourteen players to make their debut during his entire period as national coach. A number of them are not currently in Louis van Gaal’s selection, but will undoubtedly see opportunities to join in the future.
The debutants in a row: Hans Hateboer, Wout Weghorst, Guus Til, Justin Kluivert, Ruud Vormer, Frenkie de Jong, Steven Bergwijn, Arnaut Danjuma, Pablo Rosario, Javairo Dilrosun, Donyell Malen, Calvin Stengs and Myron Boadu.
In total, Koeman used 41 players in the Dutch national team in his first period as national coach, which covered 2018 and 2019.
