Heavy (thunder) showers are possible in Drenthe during this afternoon. Hailstones of up to 2 centimeters can fall and heavy gusts of wind are possible, the KNMI warns.
The wind gusts can reach speeds of 75 kilometers per hour, very locally up to 90 kilometers. The showers will eventually move to the northeast.
The KNMI has declared code yellow from 4 p.m. due to the stormy weather. In addition to Drenthe, this also applies to the rest of the country.
