After a brutal mobile phone robbery in the S-Bahn, the police used photos to search for the alleged perpetrator. With success!

A 32-year-old was identified through extensive police investigations. The suspect was arrested on Friday morning, the police said on Friday.

This happened: On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, according to the police, there was a serious robbery on the S5 at around 0.30 a.m. when entering the Friedrichsfelde-Ost S-Bahn station.

A man is said to have snatched the mobile phone out of the hand of a 40-year-old and attacked him several times with a knife and seriously injured him.

The robber left the train at the S-Bahn station and fled. Security staff called an ambulance. The victim came to a hospital.
