KMI warns of thunderstorms, code yellow in force

Code yellow will apply all day on Thursday, with the exception of a temporarily drier period in the morning.

The night from Wednesday to Thursday will be unstable with showers that could be thunderstorms and will expand across the country and intensify as well. During some showers more than 10 litres/m² can fall in an hour.

Tomorrow, after a temporarily drier period in the morning, it will be changeable again with some intense thunderstorms that form in the course of the afternoon and evening. Locally, another 10 litres/m² of rain can fall in an hour, or possibly a bit more.
