“We cancel in time, so that passengers and colleagues know where they stand. This is very unfortunate for our customers whose flights have been cancelled. Those affected have been informed as soon as possible and will be rebooked on the next available flight,” the spokeswoman said.
Schiphol Airport also warns of the consequences of the storm. “Strong wind gusts are expected tomorrow morning due to storm Isha. Flights to and from Schiphol may experience delays or cancellations. We find it annoying for travelers who are bothered by this,” the airport reports on X.
Air Traffic Control the Netherlands (LVNL) has issued limited runway capacity for Schiphol on Monday following the storm.
