High visitor in Zwolle. King Willem-Alexander has arrived at the youth center of Zwolle-South to talk about neighborhood mediation. Zwolle started 25 years ago as the first municipality in the country to solve conflicts with neighbors by trained volunteers and the king wants to know all about that this morning.
