Behind the Coffez brothers is a family with a lot of entrepreneurial experience, also in clothing. Lowie had been working in his father’s company for about three years: Machinehandel Coffez, a wholesaler of industrial sewing machines. Artuur also has experience with fashion accessories. In his student days he ran a company that designed bow ties. The future of the cap company therefore seems to be in the right hands.
“Now it’s just caps. But if we can dream, we might be able to add extra accessories: matching scarves or gloves. There are also opportunities in export. Tom has already done that very nicely, but we might try additional countries to explore,” says one of the new managers, Artuur Coffez.
