The matter becomes clear from the picture where Räikkönen is seen watering a dog from an open car window in Tuscany. The water was definitely needed, as the temperatures in central Italy hover close to the forties.
The picture has been published Gino Rosato, who is familiar to the Finnish legend from the F1 pit. A man of Canadian background praises Räikkö profusely in his update and says that he misses him.

Rosato, who handles various tasks at Ferrari, was in the Italian team at the same time as Räikkönen during both of the Finn’s washes.
The men became such good friends that Rosato became the godfather of Räikkönen’s first child, Robin.
