F1 legend Kimi Raikkonen sells Savon Sanomat according to its luxury cottage in Tahkovuori, Kuopio, for 948,000 euros. The sale announcement can be found from etuovi.com.
According to Savon Sanomat, Räikkönen bought the villa 12 years ago for less than a million.
The sale announcement states that the 351-square-foot vacation home was completed in 2008. There are three living areas and five en suite bedrooms.
Downstairs there is a fireplace room and a large sauna area. In connection with the building, there is a garage that can accommodate snowmobiles and other sports equipment in addition to two cars.
The castle is located on a 2,247-square-foot hillside named Kingfisher. Real estate tax on the plot must be paid in the amount of EUR 3,317.78 per year.
In addition, according to the sales announcement, approximately 650 euros per month will be spent on heating costs, water and waste fees and cleaning costs.
